Just Another Girl On The IRT

Freestyle musings from a pseudo-intellectual hellcat in high heels with Huxtable aspirations in a ghetto fab world. Proudly sponsored by bouts of bitchy mood swings, one too many swigs of Turning Leaf, the letters F & U and the madness that is the Rotten Apple.

Could've been a contender

I've always found it ironic that although I'm one of the biggest Billboard watchers you'll ever meet and can go toe-to-toe with almost anyone on chart peaks, debuts and run stretches dating back almost 2 decades as far as the Hot 100's concerned, a sizable chunk of my favorite songs catalog tend to skew to the "could've been a single but wound up a B-side" or was relegated to mere "album track status" from a range of artists, regardless of genre. So, rounded up for your viewing pleasure: here's a look at my current iPod play list chock full of cuts (some hidden, others not so much) which stand head and shoulders above more popular contemporaries...

Another Davina fan? Reason # 29836 why I love you, Trini! LOL Your playlist is smoking, girl. I thought I had an eclectic collection, but you got me beat. And this was just more confirmation that I NEED an iPod.

Davina's CD was SO slept on it's criminal!!

Butta, now's the time for you to cop an iPod....with the holidays coming and the newer versions ready to roll out, the prior models should see a reduction worth taking advantage of. I can't even function without mine. When you get one, you'll divide your online life into two halves: B.I. & A.I. Before and after iTunes... ;o)

Truer words have never been spoken. Matter of fact some folks at her old record company should've had charges brought up on them.

Good advice on copping an iPod. I'm all over that!
