Get into the groove
Trying to fill Joan Baez's Birkenstocks on American Life clearly was an ill-advised decision for the Material Girl, so her latest reinvention? Getting back to basics with her early formula of 80's club pop spruced up in a Botox'd remix for the '05 - Confessions On A Dance Floor, tentatively slated for release on November 15th. Previous leaks from Photoshop-happy Madonna fans triggered a few false alarms, but her web site has finally made the official album cover available. The Last Days of Disco gets a revival. I think this marks the first time Maddy's been a redhead for a CD, but I like it...even if crouched in that position she looks like the LifeAlert monitor's been misplaced after her horse riding mishap around the manor.
